In my practice, I collaborate with materials in an effort
to process my perceptions of the life I(‘ve) live(d). Often feeling like nothing more than a spectator, my practice helps me transpose the fears and alienation that
come of being A 'Queer, Middle Eastern Man,' into forms
that speak on my behalf. From that label, Every form
I create with my hands, is a direct reflection of that
forced upon identity. Whether it was a literal depiction
of living such a bitter-sweet intersectionality, or just
a simple, wheel-thrown piece of pottery
